Seroflo Inhaler is an inhaler used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary asthma. The inhaler will help open and expand the airways, thereby making breathing easier, and is also used for wheezing (chronic asthma).

The composition contains 2 combined preparations – fluticasone and Salmeterol. Salmetrol belongs to the class of bronchodilators, and fluticasone belongs to the class of corticosteroids.

What effect does the drug have on the body?

It acts immediately from a series of metabolic indications: it reduces the concentration of potassium in the blood plasma, affects glycogenolysis and the release of insulin (blood sugar), has hyperglycemic effects, especially in patients with bronchial asthma and lipolytic effects, increases the risk of acidosis. The drug acts instantly enlarges the bronchi and relaxes the muscles of the bronchi, which contributes to free breathing.

The method of application and dosing regimen of a particular drug depends on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. Compliance of the dosage form of a particular drug with indications for use and dosing regimen should be strictly observed.

Apply inhalation inside. Before use, be sure to shake the bottle, then bring it closer to your mouth and press the button, inhale the air, exhale and inhale back by pressing the button for 10 seconds.
After use, rinse your mouth with water to avoid burning the oral mucosa. Take 2-3 times a day.

Side effects and contraindications.

Side effects: dry mouth, urticaria, skin rash, headache, dizziness, sleep disturbance, memory impairment, hallucinations, schizophrenia-like disorders, irritation of the mucous membrane and oral cavity, chest pain, urinary retention.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity to salbutamol,
pregnancy, childhood, breastfeeding period.
